I love to cook. And years ago I did tons of baking and candy making, even taking special orders from people. Had a guy who had never tasted my food before buy a plate of my fancy cookies for $50 at a charity auction once.

I pretty much quit with making the sweets due having so many friends and family members with diabetes but I recently made a ton of stuff to clear out things that were getting towards old in my cupboard. Only to have people begging me to make more.

So... Make more I will! I just lost almost an entire batch of cinnamon rolls and corn muffins to some hungry guys tonight.

Also, prior nicknames for me were "The Candy Lady" and "Sugar Baker".

My cooking is good too. I can make all sorts of things from scratch, including ravioli. And I like to experiment with things. I guess I would have to say that I'm known for my cooking and baking.

What are you known for?

I'm not sure what I'm known for. Probably as the guy who always shows up for stuff. Whether my wife has volunteered me to work the PTA table, or the church is having its annual potluck, or the kids' soccer league needs another coach, somehow I'm always tagged to be it. I don't know the first thing about the PTA, how to cook a hotdish, or how to soccer, but I always get asked, and, like an idiot, I always say "yes."

Good and bad

Good - I can teach anything to anyone anywhere at any time. It’s just something I am good at.

Bad - I am incapable of saying no and it means i disappoint a lot of people e

My brined turkey is what I'm known for at Christmas, Easter & Thanksgiving at the family gatherings. The moistest, juiciest white meat every time.
I'm always being made fun of by family & friends for being waaaay to organized.

That, and making me like where this is going. And our love of the Beatles

Definitely NOT cooking or baking.

I am most known for designing and creating training. Usually on a simulator. But it translated well when I was training adults to be cub scout leaders as well.

Obsessive behavior - I get really, intensely into things then burn out and move on to the next hobby.

I got hooked on amateur astronomy when my son got a telescope he didn't want as I gift and I got to fooling around with it. Three years later I owned four telescopes, had spent thousands of dollars on books and maps, and many nights huddled outside freezing my ass of trying to get the perfect photograph of Saturn. Then just like that I lost interest and now all that stuff is covered in dust in my garage.

I went from that to board games. In a space of two years I bought over two-hundred and completely filled our largest closet as well as most of the storage in my garage. Played games obsessively at a local store at least one or two nights every week...and then just like that I lost interest. Didn't play or touch a game for over a year and ended up selling more than two thirds of them off on E-Bay.

Then it was classic movies - hours and hours in front of the TV and the closet that was full of games got filled with DVD's and Blue-Rays. Then poof - that phase was over and I've hardly watched T.V. in the last two years.

Them MMO's - Lord of the Rings Online consumed my life for two years - belonged to a guild that raided every other night. Sometimes I was late to work because I played until two in the morning on a week night and couldn't drag my ass out of bed. Ask me the last time I logged on? I honestly don't even remember...

Who knows whats next I'm always on the lookout....

On here my apparently abhorrent love of key lime pie with a chocolate crust. In the really real world I'm known for my paella, my seafood chowdah, and what my kids call "Daddy Noodles" and my keylime pie.

A "hard ass"?
A bad attitude?
A lover of otters and dogs?

Having way too many physical copies of obscure albums by obscure bands. They aren't obscure to me, of course, but other folks sometimes find it disturbing.

I can be very witty...
Gets me in trouble sometimes 😈

Being late... and for my love of skulls and Christmas. Oh and my love of disney. Ha.

Being the first to a party and the last to leave the scene of a crime!

I'm the one driving or walking around with a camera taking pictures of wildlife, nature, anything that catches my eye. Particularly obsessed with eagles.

On LIT I am known for pissing off many Clique members of multiple Clique groups LMAO. It's what I do

Being clumsy!

I am known for being the girl who can trip on air! My high school teacher went from calling me "Georgia" because of my accent and we had just transferred from there, to calling me "Grace" after seeing me trip on the same curb two days in a row.

I only trip when I wear shoes, so I throw away a lot of shoes because I'm pissed off.

Also, I have had friends take my knives away at dinner and cut my meat because I end up cutting myself when there's knives involved.

That's all good!:)
