So Trump's brand is, "Trump" As a President/ex-President, will he be able to enforce that brand? For example, if I wanted to open the "Trump Dump" and bury toxic waste, could the Trump Companies sue me for trademark infringement?

You could legally change your name to Trump then no problem. Or do like Coming to America and call it MacDonalds instead of McDonalds and use the Golden Arcs.

The business that housed the Obama gas station was built in 1990. It was a Hot Spot before taking on the name of the 44th president. The former owner of the business was arrested on tax evasion in January before selling the store. More recently, a clerk was charged with shooting a customer.
