To be interesting to your GF, the story would have to mesh with her interests, likes, dislikes, kinks, etc. When I've written for somebody in particular, there was a lot of back-and-forth consultation on trivia like what brand of purse she likes, hobbies, car type, etc, all of which helps fill in the detail and make the story more suited to the individual.
If you and BM go for it, be prepared for a lot of email traffic to fine-tune the story.

Most authors specialize and write stories that satisfy their own erotic interests. So general appeals aren't going to get much of a response.
For instance, I've written 2 stories at the request of couples who wanted a story of the hot/exhibitionist wife/girlfriend type. That happens to be an erotic interest of mine, so I responded. Once you've elicited interest from an author you can provide more information about your friend to help fill in the needed details.
Find out from your friend what kind of story she likes, or what kind of story you like.
