But Republicans are now so dishonest and slimy that they'll work away at tearing everything down to their very last minute in office.

In the congressional realm, for instance, even if the Republicans lose control (effective in January), I'll bet they spend the last month and a half in dismantling everything they possibly can with the expectation that when suits get to the Supreme Court, the reactionaries will win there. The Republican congressional leadership has displayed absolutely no honor or honesty or sense of fair play or care for obvious majority views/good on anything whatsoever.

Walker has gained substantially over the last several months, and the election is expected to be close. Because of the Bradley Effect, I expect Walker to win, but I don't live in WI and never voted there when I did.
