Can you give some help?

A guy has asked me to dress for him, and I'd like to please him.
The "sample" picture showed someone in thigh highs and a mini-skirt or mini-dress (or slip?). All were black.

The question is: What size should a 6'2" 220lbs waist 38" guy look for?

If I can slip in a second question: Where's an inexpensive place to find them?

I bought these, since he said he wanted black lace and they were the only things the local Macy's had in my size.

Any comments or advice?

I love nice lingerie and enjoy a lovely dress too, but never felt the urge to put on make up our a wig. Okay, so I look like the proverbial "bloke in a dress" but I feel good - and don't look too bad either!
