There's a pretty big overlap between the people who want Kavanaugh on the Supreme Court, and who believe that "stupid shit" done in high school can justifiably result in permanent loss of voting rights, or life in prison, or a fatal shooting at the hands of a trigger-happy self-appointed neighborhood watchman, or forcibly giving birth to the child of one's rapist.

Interesting how only certain folks are deserving of our empathy.


Hey, if it were up to me, Kavanaugh wouldn't just be voted down for a Supreme Court seat, he'd face impeachment (of his current judgeship) for the clear evidence he's committed perjury. But one thing at a time.

When the Democrats started asking Kavanaugh questions he became super evasive claiming the questions were theoretical therefore he could not answer them. The republicans have done everything they can to steam roll The Kavanaugh confirmation.

Another thing that bothers me is just how did the Republicans come up with the names of 65 women that supposedly knew Kavanaugh while he was at the prep school. All the girls most likely married and took their spouses last name, so how we're they found. Oh I know, a genie popped out of a bottle with all the names. I wonder if the genie was Barbara Eden.
