How do i add a profile pic?

cant figure out how to upload a pic for my profile. dont know why but under edit profile its just user name and password that can be edited. is it cause im using a phone and not a computer? any suggestions would be welcome. thanks.

"Edit Avatar" will let you put in a picture available to be seen on the left side of the chats. You need 10 more posts to do that.

"Edit Profile Picture" will let you put in a picture available to be seen on the right side of your profile screen. Not sure if that is also the 100 post limit, but it may be.

"Edit Profile" is, yes, fucked up. And has been for over a year. However, that was only ever to allow you to put in your biography when it worked.

*ETA; I am and have only ever used a computer. So, if there is a variance in the phone UserCP and the one I have access to with "Edit Avatar" and "Edit Profile Picture" lower down the menu choices from "Edit Profile," I wouldn't know. Sorry.

I’ve tried putting in a profile pic, but can’t find a pic that fits the requirement (150 kB) ( I may be mistaken on that number), but it is rather small at any rate. Any suggestions as to where I might find some sexy pics that I can use. Thanks.
