I prefer to think of it more as a pseudonym. People call it an alt when you have more than one, however.

Some here are obscessed with the alts and who is behind them. Others say you haven’t really made it here until you’ve been accused of being one. Both of those caveats applied to me at one point. I simply just don’t care anymore who is behind what alt. This place may be more entertaining if others prescribed to that as well instead of peppering every thread with Alt hunts and accusations.

But why do I know, I’m rather new myself in terms of this place.

That was one of my better “voice to text” malfunctions. However “abscessed with alts” implies there is the possibility of excision of said abscess. And we both know that won’t truly happen.

Boils on the other hand... are lanced.
