Thank you all.. it made me 30 minutes late for my next appointment but because I got lost trying to find my way across on the floor I was on, I went back down to the lobby to walk across to get the right elevator and back up a floor higher than I was on. Two of the employees on the elevator were coming back from lunch, and one worked in the department I was late for, she walked me up to the counter and dropped all the blame on the chemo doc.. lol. They managed to get me in and the new doc was really excited I got there. I've got a rare cancer and clinical trial department couldn't wait to get their hands on me. Good news is that the test result the first doc was waiting on shows my cancer cells have 60% protein something or other in them, I am an excellent candidate for immunotherapy. Hence the reason doctor number 2 was happy to see me.
