The little 'Red Hen' restaurant tried to score political points by kicking Sarah Huckabee Sanders from their restaurant, simply because she works for President Trump. So she left, without incident or fanfare. But she did post a very tastefully done tweet describing exactly what happened, word for word. And NOW they are being boycotted, and they feel offended. Seems they feel she can't say anything about it because she's a government official. How is it that a political attack can't be spoken of by a government official? Left wing bigotry.... hope the Red Hen loses all their customers... after all, they went out of their way to be assholes.

But as Wilkinson rightly noted, "This feels like the moment in our democracy when people have to make uncomfortable actions and decisions to uphold their morals."

Wilkinson further explained her approach to handling the situation. She first spoke with her employees, who disagreed with Sanders' defense of Trump's discriminatory ban on transgender Americans who want to serve in the military and her recent defense of Trump's un-American family separation policy.

In response, she then asked Sanders to step outside to the patio and "explained that the restaurant has certain standards that I feel it has to uphold, such as honesty, and compassion, and cooperation." Clearly, Sanders doesn't comply with that standard.

In other words, the owner didn't make a show of tossing out the propaganda minister. She took her aside, explained the situation, and that was that.

That Sanders thought she'd score points by using language claiming the act speaks about the owner while remaining silent on the baker who refused to make a cake for a gay couple, shows why she was asked to leave. She defends the indefensible, then gets peeved when the very same act is done to her.

False. This was done because she was the con artist's propaganda minister. I'm certain had any other real press secretary, from any party, had gone into the restaurant they would have been served.

It's only because of who she works for, not her party, and the lies she uses to justify the criminal, that she was asked to leave.

False again. The owner did not "go after her". If you read what I posted the owner took her aside, away from everyone, and calmly explained the situation. The owner did not make a scene or say anything. It was only the propaganda minister who went out of her way to make a big deal about this while, as I said above, remaining silent on the bakers who did the exact same thing.

The only ones whining are the very people who cheered the bakers because now they're getting the same treatment they so rejoiced being done to others.
