I just got back from my first Bodypump class. In another thread, I expressed being nervous about going and so many people said such positive things, it made me feel more comfortable going. I ended up loving the class.
That made me think about starting a thread dedicated to workouts, getting healthy, trying new things, etc. Iโd love to learn more about what everybody does to stay in shape, your progress, any goals you have, and any relapses (because we all have them).
This thread is open anybody who wants to participate.
