Look at the title of the thread and the only reason for my response (because I really don't care what the Irish do), that only abortion equals civilization.
Until the Irish embraced abortion, they were not "civilized."
As I posited, is euthanasia of the elderly the next step towards defining "civilization?"

You get to have your opinions and draw your conclusions on the issue but you don't get to have any interpretative perogative about it.

So, my reading of the thread title is that it does NOT say that only abortion equals civilization.
