Paul Fussell wrote a useful book titled CLASS IN AMERICA. The book explains the nuts and bolts of what class is, and how to recognize it in the wild. NARCISSUSTIC is a common error.

Iy is not conceit. Its a delusional sense of perfection "Tex knew his farts didn't stink" And narcisciusts react violently to opposition and correction.

Schizophrenia is not ambivalence. Its over the top misperception of the world.
