Your assumptions are incorrect. Bodies are bendy enough that they would be able to kiss each other and there's no doubt that she could caress his balls. I know this from my own personal . . . research, shall we say.

I not 9". Modesty precludes an exact measurement, but I a good inch less than 9" (allow for male exaggeration, so say 1.25" less). I am exactly six feet tall. My wife is 5'-3" and a bit. Why not Google the stats on penis size? Obviously, if you are writing a fantasy anything can happen. If it isn't a fantasy then it can be the subject of conjecture. I usually stop reading a story when a 9 inch penis becomes involved because they are so rare that the story is likely to be crap. Instead, wouldn't it be better to describe it as large and leave it at that? It is rare for anyone to carry a tape measure around. I know having such a large penis isn't an advantage. It is more of a problem. Most vaginas would struggle to accommodate it and need practise. Without that the woman would probably be experiencing such pain she wouldn't want to be doing anything extra. I kind of wonder why you asked what you did without questioning the penis size. I once knew a man with a huge penis, it wasn't even 9 inches and women avoided him. I’m just shy of 6’, lover is right at 5’. She has no problem stroking and/or holding onto balls unless it’s really hard and fast. Depends on what you mean by ball stroking I suppose. There’s quite a bit of skin around testicals, so unless it’s really really cold (and usually a man is pretty warm while having sex, vigorous exercise and such), there most likely is plenty of “play” in how much the balls can be pulled back and forth.
