I still have one out-of-commision due to a flange problem and I do not want to tear into it because I know, for a fact, that the metal that you attach the toilet to is completely rotten and will need to be replaced which would cost me blood, sweat, toil and tears if I do it or an arm and a leg if I summon a plumber.
