I’m glad I spoke upI get like that too, especially when so much time is spent working/around other people. You end up feeling like you’re constantly in performance mode! I have a strong feeling you can relate to that!
I’m okay thanks, it’s almost 1am, haven’t been home long and got to get ready for work again in a few hours. Just ate for the first time in a day and a half, so I’ve noticed that improved my mood/anxiety! Taking a bath right now, then going to try getting a couple of hours sleep before I have to work again. I told them I’m not doing this again - I didn’t quit one job just to risk my health in another!
