Now I get the point of the protest in Washington the day after Trump was inaugurated.
If Hillary had been elected, one hallmark of her foreign policy would have been a continuation of Obama's noted Limp Diplomacy, taking it another step forward to Complete Pussy.
To that end, members of the U.S. diplomatic corps and the U.S. military would have been issued and been required to wear the "pussy hats" that were widely seen in the protests the day after Trump was sworn in.
With the pussy hats already manufactured in anticipation of Hillary's victory, the protest was seen as one way of getting rid of a small percentage of them.
About 20 more massive protests should get the pussy hat inventory down to about 20,000.

This was bullshit. Anything other than an immediate response is. For the past few days. The US has been talking to the Russians and Syrians figuring out a way to throw some bombs without hurting anyone's feelings too much. The US gave Syria plenty of time to clear out any high value targets and take cover. Now the US looks like it did something (which it didn't) and the Russians saved face too.
