I've just... changed. He is glad to see me strong and brave and not afraid to be curious and explore life. And i am thankful every day for the investment of himself that he made in me, and for providing a safe, loving heart-home where I could rest and recover and test my wings.

Lately I have been spending a lot of time on the other side of the slash, and today I am having loads of fun playing a very firm but loving mummy, how crazy is that?
To some degree, I have stopped trying to analyze it all. People are complicated! Life is complicated! These days I try to not compromise my values, buikd and maintain healthy boundaries, and then roll with it and see where it leads.
