Active Shooter Inside YouTube Headquarters

Queef has gone full panty-sniffing troll mode.

CNN, MSNBC have all reported that it was a liberal Muslim lesbian with a gun fetish.

Gosh damnit, we should start banning shit immediately. Start taking away everyone's rights. Doesn't matter which ones, just march and act, we will figure out the particulars at a later date.

The anti-gunners are sure out in force!

Too bad they don't care about people that die by any other means, and don't care about dealing with the underlying cause of why someone would attempt to hurt someone else (lack of adequate mental health care, and hopelessness that's pervasive in trump's america).

Maybe it could be because they themselves are all that hopeless, that they don't trust themselves with firearms?

I mean, if we're going to spend this time making huge assumptions, that seems to be an obvious one.
Maybe you can find something in her history that suggests she didn't have adequate mental care. Her claim to be vegan won't count.

Oh, is it too soon to talk about it for you?

She chose to attack up a building and random people inside it. She didn't have adequate mental health care, or that wouldn't have been her choice of action.

Pretty simple stuff.

It's a little fucking late to confiscate her weapons, dumbass.

It's also a little late to get her the mental health care that she needed, which would have been the only thing that prevented her from hurting herself or others.

But you don't care about a loss of life, you care about confiscating objects from people.

Adam Lanza had mental problems and should never have been able to get a weapon.

Dylann Roof has mental problems, and should never have been able to get a weapon.

Nikolas Cruz has mental problems, and should never have been able to get a weapon.

Nasim Aghdam was a responsible gun owner until yesterday.

Again, you're myopically focused on deaths that involve guns, and ignore any deaths that happen via other means. You don't recognize why that is, and are painfully lacking self-awareness.

If someone has mental health issues, they should have adequate mental health treatment. None of the people you listed had adequate mental health treatment, which is a common thread that you fail to see, appreciate, or address.

Mental health care is lacking in this country, and putting someone on pills is not adequate mental health care.

You don't want to push for the solution to the problem. You want to ignore the problem, or pretend that the problem is guns. It's not.

Cool. Let's tax the shit out of guns to be able to provide healthcare for those in need.

Sounds like the best solution is to prevent all gun possession until applicants can prove that they are mentally fit. Let's go with it.

Guns aren't the problem.

Let's end mass incarceration and end the war on drugs, and 4 pointless foreign conflicts to fund mental healthcare for everyone.

Or we could just piss in the wind, as you are doing now.

And that fixes the lack of mental health care how?

Oh wait, it doesn't.

Just more anti-gun myopia from someone who I can only assume wouldn't be able to pass a basic background check.

None of the recent deaths by firearms were caused by anyone recently incarcerated. Your argument sucks.

Lots of recent firearms deaths were caused by people recently incarcerated, but again... guns aren't the problem.

The lack of adequate mental health care, and wealth inequity/poverty are the issues.

You want to ignore the issues, and scapegoat inanimate objects, that's your prerogative. It's pretty similar to someone blaming the ills of society of gays, jews, or muslims. It's overly-emotional rhetoric based on a lack of facts and a lack of a solid worldview.

But have at it if it makes you feel better.

According to Reuters, Nasim posted on Instagram that she has “no physical and psychological diseases.”

How do we provide mental health care to everyone who needs it?

By having it available, which it isn't currently. Also by de-stigmatizing it, and de-pathologizing people.

I'd say that it's pretty obvious that she had psychological issues, or would you argue that it's normal to go and try to murder people randomly based on being banned from a youtube channel? Maybe that's normal behavior to you?

This isn't rocket science, but you're really struggling with it.

It's not even close and this is where you go from advocate to eeyore.

What sort of mental health care isn't currently available? Or are you just talking out your ass?

Do you really think that Adam Lanza, Dylann Roof, Nikolas Cruz and Nasim Aghdam were all unable to get mental health care? What do you base that belief on?

Do your homework:

Do you seriously believe that everyone in this country can afford regular therapy visits, inpatient or outpatient mental health care treatment, and comprehensive mental health care?

If so, I've got a bridge to sell you.

Adequate mental health care is the ONLY thing that will stop people who are mentally ill from hurting themselves and others.

It won't work every single time, but it will work at rates greater than anything else you are proposing. But you don't want to push for universal health care, or adequate mental health care... you'd rather scapegoat.

But illegal immigrants get it all for free. I heard that somewhere.

Here's the thing, you know you're wrong, that's why you keep trying to deflect and change the subject.

No one but a complete idiot believes that immigrants get it all for free. Are you a complete idiot?

Adam Lanza could afford mental health treatment, but his family kept it from him. https://www.nytimes.com/2014/11/22/...roblems-completely-untreated-report-says.html

Dylann Roof had untreated psychiatric issues, but didn't acknowledge them. https://www.postandcourier.com/chur...cle_404a01bc-e959-11e6-ad24-0f32fef2c5bb.html
Roof was convicted in December of 33 federal offenses stemming from the June 17, 2015, church shooting. He chose to represent himself during the trial's penalty phase in an effort to block his legal team from introducing evidence about his mental health history. He told the jury that he had no mental illness and nothing to hide.

"There's nothing wrong with me," he said in his opening statement.
Nikolas Cruz got plenty of medical treatment for his mental health issues. https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-new...-agency-investigate-nikolas-cruz-2016-n849221
"[Cruz's] clinician from Henderson mental health has stated that there are no issues with [Cruz's] medication and he has been compliant with taking his medication and keeps all of his appointments."

A counselor at the school told the Florida Department of Children and Families investigators that a professional from the mental health facility had visited Cruz and "found him to be stable enough [to] not be hospitalized." The school counselor expressed concern with the department, according to the report, and said she and her staff wanted to "ensure that the assessment of Henderson was not premature."

Nonetheless, the Florida Department of Children and Families investigation was "closed with no indicators to support the allegations of inadequate supervision or medical neglect."
