Let's talk hair, how do you style your hair, how have you had it in the past, and what you find fits you best?

I dye my hair, that's just fact of the matter for me. I haven't had just my natural color in a couple years. Right now it's black and I have the urge to change it, but that'll require bleach which I'm not thrilled about. Either that or I'll have to do a slow transition of growing out my natural color and cutting out the black so I have some undamaged hair to start from instead.

My current style is a slightly grown out bob and I'm between trimming it how I like my bobs to be and getting it cut back into a pixie. Long hair isn't for me, it makes me feel bleh.

Have had longer hair most of my life but the last few years have been shorter and slicked back. I wouldn't mind growing it out again but my hair goes really slow.

Yeah, my hair grows slowly too, but just as well since I don't like my hair long.

You can get a home hair colour stripper that takes out about 50% of the accumulated colour. For hair that has been repeatedly coloured, it's best to use it, then deep condition your hair and wait a couple of days before recolouring with a lighter shade.
My daughter has just done this, and her new shade is much closer to her original hair colour so she can grow it out without the obvious regrowth.

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll see what I can find!
