Well that was a monster of a day! A quiet morning turned to the kind of chaos that only arrives around the holidays. I suspect it hits every field differently but I’ll pass on too many “at my desk” til after 11 nights thank you very much
Hope everyone had a good day, I’m just going to unwind for a few before bed and hopefully not fall asleep in this chair lol

yeah... quite a day indeed.
i kinda need someone to bring me a cuppa cocoa, a blanket and tell me that it really is gonna be okay.

When I was a kid, growing up in MN, I loved the snow. Now, I get cold opening up the refrigerator. I wear flannel shirts year round. I'm PRO global warming. I'm thinking about moving to Mercury. I'm cold just thinking about the cold. Brrrrrrrrrrr

LOL It's hibernation time. Just think if one hibernates all winter they'll wake up all sleek and slim and ready for bathing suit weather right?
The more I think about this hibernating plan the more I like it.

If going with the idea that you will have burned off the last bit of fat on the last day of hibernation, therefore at the most lean on day 1 post-hibernation, the theory works.

I mention of girls in bathing suits makes me happy.

Can someone please tell this to my body.
Ive lost 3 stone in just over a month.

BTW the math for you people who dont know stones.

1 Stone = 14 Pounds
1 Kilo = 2.2046 Pounds

3 Stones = 19 kg
