UK and Ireland perverts unite!

Simps!! It’s fantastic out there, perfect winter day of snow and ice on the ground and sun in a winters pale sky!! The cycle in to work was excellent fun!!

Its perfectly warm and cosy indoors, thank you!

Morning guys.

Well ive enjoyed car journey one.
Journey two shortly for daft dad taxis.

Cold and frosty but nice clear skies.

Have fun. Be gentle with those posh undergraduates.
That advice might be better served the other way round. I was walking along a bend in a road on the pavement in Cambridge, quietly minding my own business, when I was collided with from behind by a student on a bicycle. He duly apologised, but not in the way that I would have preferred. The student called out cheerily: "Sorry! The brakes don't work". He then rode off on his merry way. In my stunned and bewildered state, I did that British sort of thing of nodding and emitting a conciliatory mumble: "Oh, okay, that's fine then".

Next time, though, I'll be ready for him. *assembles hardware*

Has he made your list?

The arseholes on whom I shall exact revenge, list.

Don't you have one? Mine is longer than the average paperback novel.
I keep mine shorter by grossly generalising large numbers of people into wide categories. After all, that's the way that things are done these days in the Western World.

Don’t tar all cyclists with the same brush please, the careless pavement huggers piss me off too and I ride most days!!
I was only tarring with any kind of brush those reckless cyclists who endanger others by failing to carry out basic maintenance on their lump of speeding metal. ;)

If you possess any quantity of reck, then I don't count you in that category.

Did you still have your wallet when he sped off?

I treat all imbeciles with the same level of extreme prejudice

Thanks! No one around tonight, I went over 5 miles without a car passing me in either direction, warmed up since this morning, only -2 I reckon!!

Many cyclists, white van drivers, Volvo drivers, motorbike riders etc are subject to stereotyping and treatment by people as being the same asbthe odd idiot in any grouping that lets the side down. I get annoyed with my fellow cyclists too, especially in London where they seem to think they don’t have to follow the same set of Highway Cide rules as other road users!!

I just want to say that the influenza inoculation does not always protect you. I had mine three weeks ago and over the weekend I became ill like I have ever felt before :( The G.P's verdict... influenza with glandular fever! So, don't be fooled by the advice the NHS and other health organisations give you. It isn't 100% protection. A little research this afternoon shown that NHS employees are infected after inoculation. Thought I'd let you guys know.
