there are only one or two cases documented of instances where hiv MIGHT have been transmitted orally. in both cases there were co-factors that made it doubtful. one case was a lesbian couple where one gave the other head while on her period. the top woman had horrendous problems with her teeth and mouth so there were plenty of avenues for infection but both women were also iv drug abusers. the most feasible male to male case was similar, the guys were users.
there is a component in saliva that kills hiv and so unless you have really bad oral hygiene problems, taking a load in the mouth is comparatively safe. Any cum you swallow would be immediately killed in the stomach acids.
aside from hiv, it's possible to transfer the other std's orally and it frequently happens. i had a friend who got chlamydia the first time a guy blew him in high school. and i knew a female hooker who said she got gonorrhea of the throat, i don't know if that's true.

A few problems... I can't find a test for men at all. And even in women they only test for certain types IF they have an abnormal pap. And even the vaccine only vaccinates against 3 types.

And it's easier to catch it from cunnilingus than from fellatio. Wild. Anyway, I'm 42 so it's too late for me. I may die, someday. In fact, I'd say it guaranteed.
