Here's the real issue that no one is willing to talk about:
It's against the ADA to discriminate against HIV positive performers in porn.
And apparently gay porn studios, like the one the porn star was referring to in her tweet, does not test their performers citing the ADA discrimination laws to support their ideology about poz people feeling's > physical health of non-poz people.
