The guy who has spent his entire Lit existence bitching about the slightest suppression of individual liberty by the federal government wishes to, as a matter of law, quash the liberty of an internet domain owner for merely behaving "hypocritically" despite not having violated (obviously) non-existant contractual performance guarantees or other terms of service.
