So let me get this straight. Anytime an undocumented alien must sacrifice their anonymity and illegal residency in exchange for free healthcare as an indigent, they also immediately get a pass from deportation? Or is it just for children?

"Well I don't want too." That's what the first amendment is I can't force you to say somthing just like I can't silence you.

As for the child. Cause that's what she is. He parents made a decision too come here illegally and live their lives. I don't think anyone especially a child is gonna be turned away from medical care, but her parents made the decision and are now going to be deported. Maybe. I am super sorry for anyone who thinks that open borders are a good idea but they aren't it hasn't ever worked well for any society and to believe everyone come to our country is going to improve it is just naive.

I have enough of an idea that I at least give a shit, unlike most "social justice warriors" who are happy to give people who break the law a free pass, to education, healthcare, drivers licenses, employment and every legal right originally reserved on the basis of citizenship.

When you do everything possible to take criminal liability and consequences out of criminal behavior, including holding harmless children from the consequences that would normally attach to them by virtue of the criminal actions of their parents, you invariably and dramatically cheapen the law.

It has nothing to do with free speech. Certainly someone has the right to be a repugnant Neanderthal. These Republicans seem to be very good at it. I think using someone's preferred pronouns is polite and nice, even if you don't agree with them it does not cost anything. So just accommodate them.
