American Jews - 110+
American Asians - 104
American East Indians -102
White Americans - 100
Hispanic Americans -86
African Americans - 86

Those are the mean numbers for those population groups. These numbers are actually backed up by anthropological evidence as well.

There are arguments as to why those numbers may be bogus and if you care to research those arguments I'll be glad to discuss. However if your retort is "I feel", don't waste your time typing.

Plus, IQ is not a 'thing'. We can't reify abstractions into reality. IQ tests show how good one is at taking IQ tests. IQ test standards are raised regularly because scores keep rising -- a measured IQ of 150 in 1920 might rate 95 a century later. Similarly, I tested at 160 in 1975 but I'm a real dummy now.
