Former FBI Director Robert Mueller (CNN)
WASHINGTON — A federal grand jury in Washington, DC, on Friday approved the first charges in the investigation led by special counsel Robert Mueller, according to sources briefed on the matter.


The charges are still sealed under orders from a federal judge. Plans were prepared Friday for anyone charged to be taken into custody as soon as Monday, the sources said. It is unclear what the charges are.

Don't know who, but I would not be surprised to see money laundering, tax evasion, foreign bribery, failure to register, lying to federal agents. Really the list of potential charges is quite long, and I would expect multiple charges against multiple individuals when all is said and done.
 
I don't doubt this "Russiagate" news was intentionally/politically leaked on orders from Mueller himself.

Now that the Russian/Uranium One informant has been cleared to testify before Congress, Mueller knows his days as acceptable unbiased prosecutor (and thus, leverage) are about over (Mueller was FBI Director during the Russian/Uranium One sell-out, and his testimony pertaining to the then-FBI investigation and what the Obama administration knew will be key).

Russia, Russia, everywhere, and the corrupt, totally politicized need to partisanly indict Trump looks like it's going to nab the true offenders, instead.

In a fallen nation of men, the legal system is fully bastardized to corruption to play petty partisan politics.

And the coming charges are probably against Manafort of Carter for activities that go back in time before being associated with the Trump Campaign.
 
I'm thinking Paul Manafort will bear the brunt of the charges.
I also think he'll give up anyone and everyone to avoid prison.

Unless it had to do with him colluding with the Russians to influence the Clinton campaign in which case it's an absolute miscarriage of justice, am I right?
 
If the Mueller investigation doesn't produce direct indictment of Trump collusion with Russia, progressives will simply still insist Trump is guilty of it anyway, just like they still insist "systematic racism" exists despite juries finding no legal guilt of defendants in cases like Trayvon Martin's and Michael Brown's.

While Hillary was SecOfState, Bill Clinton personally met with Putin and received $500,000 for one speech before some of the same persons involved with Putin's successful plan to encroach upon US uranium control.

Bill and Hillary and Chelsea have Russian collusion cashed checks underwriting their "family" (as in, mafiaso) Foundation.

This is the same Bill Clinton who, as President, found it also very lucrative to deal with the Communist Chinese regarding superior American missile technology.
