nothing really changes about the Cycles. The allegations against Clarence Thomas were horrific every single Corporation in America had sensitivity training based on that set of facts. I suspect you're right. In these situations girls that do not comply are not rewarded. if they rebuff it the advances, then the cad has always got that hanging over his head that they know he tried. Those are quietly gotten rid of, not made more credible by their advancement.

Weinstein and Clinton both got a pass for decades. Weinstein probably fucked over the wrong person; this was a power play to take over his company (as I said from the start).
