Trump administration lawyers are demanding the private account information of potentially thousands of Facebook users in three separate search warrants served on the social media giant, according to court documents obtained by CNN.

The warrants specifically target the accounts of three Facebook users who are described by their attorneys as "anti-administration activists who have spoken out at organized events, and who are generally very critical of this administration's policies."

So now it's not only wrong to protest, it's wrong to speak out against the government.

Which Amerika is this?

It has always been wrong if you are advocating and advancing violence.

Having said that, your CNN source is lacking in any substance what-so-ever. They have not looked into the anti-Trump advocates, they give us no information as to what they are advocating and like you, they are only focused on the serious charges against the DOJ which they never took a critical look at when President Obama, AG Holder and AG Lynch were scouring the United States for racism in law enforcement.

I suggest you start treating CNN as if it were The American Thinker.

At least AT provides links to what it is reporting; clearly CNN is once agin reporting something that it is going to have to apologize for in retrospect...

Described by THEIR attorney's, huh?

Is this the new norm? Post half a story and expect it to be taken as fact?

Ishmael

The con artist is simply taking after his buddy Putin. After all, we know how much Putin loves people disagreeing with him or pointing out his corruption.

Go ask Boris Nemtsov.

So Trump is having people poisoned and assassinated?

Hell, even I would be against that. Any proof???

Or is this just another po' po' pit'ful Pookie act?

Well then if violence is the standard to meet for meriting a warrant then all of those "fine people" in Charlottesville should have a warrant for information on them.

And Ish you can't post the whole article. No more than five paragraphs remember. I'm sure you can click the button and read the story yourself. It's too early to be drinking.

You guys are utter shills for anything trumpian. Burn the United States to the ground but just as long as you're loyal to Trump it's a-okay right?

I expect nothing from you except to be an utter and complete shill for Trump. You excuse every last bit of his behavior. You rationalize the indefensible. You and the RWCJ have no moral compass whatsoever except to be anti-obama and anti-clinton.

That doesn't mean however that the DOJ issuing warrants against private citizens for political protest is okay.

I clicked on the article which is why you did not respond to my post because you know that what I posted is true. It is full of outrage and has no sourcing. It is fake news in the way that opinion is being passed off as fact and just waiting for someone to take the meme off to social media.

This is probably the lead of your Facebook page.

Good luck with that...

I don't know who you are talking at, but I did not vote for Trump.

Since you are so sure that you know my posting history, then you know that I was one of the people who took him as a joke and at every turn was part of the, "he cannot survive this," chorus. But he did.

Ever since then, I have not been focused on defending him, but I have been focused and fascinated on the reaction to him by the Left. This has been very fucking amusing!

:) :) :)

Now will you please come clean and reveal to us your parent alt?

If not Pookie or Laurel, then who???

Case in point.

At least you guys don't have consistency issues.

More of the story.
This includes information on the plaintiffs’ friends, associates, and the approximately 6000 individuals who just “liked” an anti-Donald Trump Facebook page. Requested data would go back to Nov. 1, 2016, a week before the presidential election.
So if the feds were trying to get access to your FB account for the simple reason you "liked" a particular post they didn't approve of you wouldn't hire an attorney?

Think back to the Obama DOJ and your reaction if they wanted your FB info because you "liked" someones post with the BS claim that Merrick Garland was "an anti-gun nut".

Or more recently if you'd "liked" a post about people organizing a march in Charlottesville to protest the removal of confederate monuments.
Not that the Trump DOJ would ever do that.

Why is it always Big BROTHER?

Why not Big Boobed Bimbo SISTER?

I know you claim to have not voted for Trump. I know you have said you live with two admitted Trump voters.

And I absolutely know by the reaction I'm getting from the RWCJ crowd that I'm right on target. Ya'll are sensitive bunch of snowflakes and ridiculously over reactionary. Especially in your defense of this Administration.

I voted for the pothead because I am consistent.

Snowflake?

You have yet to produce any evidence of that which you contend. Maybe you're not Pookie. Usually she's smarter than to put herself out on a limb and then begin sawing at it...

Big Sister

Hi, I’m Janet Napolitano, Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security. Homeland security begins with hometown security and that is why I’m pleased that Walmart is helping to make our communities more safe and secure. If you SEE something suspicious in the parking lot or in the store, SAY something immediately. Report suspicious activity to your local police or sheriff. If you need help, ask a Walmart manager for assistance. Thank you for doing your part to help keep our hometowns safe. —Department of Homeland Security PSA

The government seems to delight in peddling paranoia, especially since 9/11. However, with this latest campaign to turn Walmart shoppers into domestic spies, their tactics have taken a sinister turn.

It all started in early 2009 with the release of two reports by the Department of Homeland Security on extremism, rightwing and leftwing, that defined as an extremist anyone who subscribes to a particular political viewpoint — in other words, anyone who has an opinion and disagrees with the Obama administration. For example, the report “Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment” broadly defines rightwing extremists as individuals and groups “that are mainly antigovernment, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority, or rejecting government authority entirely.” The message to the American people was clear: be careful what you think and say because if the government disapproves, you’ll become a political enemy.

On the other hand, Laurel's not that smart...

Do you remember when you wanted Bush impeached over the missing Ws?
