The season is underway and as usual, the "easy" games are up first for most teams. So far the scores reflect that.

That said, as of this moment, the Florida Gators are handling Michigan. Two interceptions returned for touchdowns (and a blocked punt as I submitted this).

Tonight's Alabama/Florida State game should be interesting, if the hype is to be believed. A nice surprise is Maryland beating Texas.

Discuss and defend your team.

Oooh boy, lots more head injuries!

Call in the lawyers.

Alabamas kicker is weak, and the offense is sputtering, in part to a great effort by the Noles..

But Alabamas defense has settled in and is absolutely spectacular.. and their punter is the best in the business again.

A good time to be bleeding crimson.... again.

Roll Tide.

You know, MI won, and the final score wasn't even particularly close.

Michigan kicked ass. Kinda scary for my Buckeyes. We'll have to see what the season holds until then.

Smashmouth football in South Bend, Indiana tonight.
Absolute nail-biter of a game.
The University of Georgia live to crush my dreams later for at least two more weeks.

Nebraska's move to the Big 10 all those years ago sure is paying dividends. Never thought I'd see the day when Northern Illinois would breeze into Lincoln and leave with a victory.

I was going to post that I felt bad for Texas but they are hanging in there.
