What does your Avatar say about you?

Why did you choose your Avatar and what does it say about you?

I was thinking that our avatars are kind of like Halloween costumes. They are either our exact opposite, they are the thing that is hidden inside us, or they are the thing we want to be, or something else.

I also think it means something when we use ourselves in our avatar, as opposed to an image from the internet—although I'm not sure what it means.
I'm interested in your thoughts on this.

Talk about your avatar, why you chose it, why it represents you, and if it really is you—because sometimes I can't tell.

For me, I chose that image because I wanted to go with sexy, but not too revealing. That is me in the pic, but obviously a heightened reality version of me. I don't traditionally go around kicking in people's doors and ripping my shirt open while a lightening bolt crashes behind me. Although, I'm ready to do that if the need arises.

I think it says that I like making an entrance, I like to project strength and power, but in a friendly way—you can't read it but my name tag says “Hello, my name is Hotwords 229”

In real life I'm a mild-mannered regular guy that blends into the background, but that guy in the avatar is also in there just under the surface, waiting to be released

Your "current" avatar, good point a lot of us change our avatars like I change my underwear--the second Thursday of every odd numbered month.

So that means in the future when someone comes back to read this they will be seeing a different one than was originally commented on!
