How much are cigarettes where you live?

There's cheaper ways to kill yourself. :p

I gave up cigs a good few years ago. Depending what kind you buy, a pack of 20 cigarettes runs from about $4.50 to $7.00 or so.

Awful things.

i use a vapepen. costs me like ten bucks a week. suck on that, nerd.

i know. it's better. i don't cough up brown things anymore. it's great.

Ex smokers are the worst.

You know you want a cigarette with your morning coffee!

:D

:D

Thankfully not really. I do have the occasional craving but they are easily dismissed. I feel very fortunate - if my history is any determinant, once I leave a vice behind, I leave it behind.

I can't imagine ever smoking again. Especially knowing what it would cost me.

They almost give them away here. Of course, I had already quit when I got here.

in the UK 20 cigarettes range from around 7.50 (pounds) to 12, depending on brand

i find it hard to believe people will pay to burn that shit, and then complain they're skint!

Way more than it's worth to suck in smoke and kill yourself.

Almost none of my family have ever smoked. My wife or I have never tried a cigarette altho like a fool I smoked a few "New Baby" cigars to show respect to the motherfuckers passing them out after bringing new smokers into this world.

So if I still smoked and bought two packs per day that would be $600 a month....serious money.

Don't know and don't care. Gave up regular use of tobacco over 4 decades ago.

I was cheap then; I bought bulk tobacco, sometime Bugler, sometimes better, and hand-rolled. How much is a tin of Balkan Sobranie shag now? Are bulk tobaccos taxed much? Anyway, if ya gotta smoke and money is tight, roll your own. Hint: Little rolling machines are handy.

Now we'll share a good Cuban cigar every year or so. That's enough.

They have record players now too that play music right in your own home!
I heard they also have talking picture machines for the home with mostly alcohol and cigarette ads to learn more.

I just heard they no longer can sell tobacco on TV. But it's okay to say almost anything except fuck and the N word unless you are colored.

Prices scheduled to rise to AU$ 40 for 25 by 2020 that's about US$35 for 25.

they were around two bucks a pack when i started about twenty years ago. my dad used to talk about getting his mother a pack for a quarter in the late 60's, i believe. they've always been a source of quick tax revenue.
