You ned to first open up another window and go to your Control pannel. (so you can refer back here for the instructions)

Then click Edit options

Scroll down till you see a box that says Change Avatar and click that

Another windo will come up

Scroll to Browse and click that

Then find the File you want to use as your AV Remember it has to be no biger than 150 X 150 Pixels.

click the file and click open

then click submit modifications.


It should be up then.
