Has Laurel gone AWOL again?

Recently had a story rejected, I checked it but I could find nothing wrong with it. I PMed Laurel about it and offered to fix my story if necessary, but I got no response.

In my experience she usually replies quite fast, so I was curious. I know she must be super busy running the site and all, just wanted to check. Don't mean to sound ungrateful or anything!

She told me recently that she has been away from the site for a total of about ten days in twenty years. "Busy" is a lot more likely explanation than "away."

Apart from anything else, what makes you think that the Site owner needs anyone's permission to take leave of absence ?
What do you think she'll do; sign her own leave warrant ?

Tell us more. Somebody may be able to postulate what happened and how to fix it to be resubmitted. The Queen doesn't need to be involved in that.

The OP has two 3 chapter stories and a single story.

Is the main story title identical to its predecessors, and then chap 04 in the same format? It's possible a bot scan has found a slight difference in the story name, and has not connected to the previous. I'm guessing some small glitch had thrown the checking process.
