I know it's bad for you. I quit long ago. When I was young I would masturbate while smoking. I actually found it quite enjoyable. It really helped me edge. I do miss doing that sometimes.

Anyway. When I see an attractive woman smoking in public, I'm almost transfixed. I want to watch her, see her take a drag, exhale, watch as she flicks it an dangles the cigarette from her fingers. It does something for me that I can't explain.

I know it's wrong and a dirty unhealthy habit. But I still find it hot. I think by the actions of my youth I equated smoking with sex. Times have changed and I rarely see attractive women smoking anymore.

We can blame 'Madison avenue' for equating sex with smoking................or at least I can. as my earliest urges to smoke were from an L&M commercial where a hot brunette steps out of a helicopter with a lit cigarette while her dress was blowing up from the helicopter backwash and she smiles sexily as she exhales.
That image was etched into my 13 yr old brain and is still there and probably why most of my x wives and x gfs were smokers.

In the not to distant past, when you could still smoke in bars, women could send a lot of signals by smoking. Eye contact while putting the cigarette in her mouth and then taking a long drag, exhaling though pursed lips while looking directly at you. Then there is the ease of contact that smokers share by asking for a cigarette or a light. Very easy ice breakers with no small talk excuse needing to be made up.

Sometimes a married woman who was with her husband would do those same things as a safe distant tease/flirt.

Those days are about gone. We're healthier and smell better for it. But a woman who knew what she was doing would make it sexy as hell.
