I have no idea. She's been here 2 weeks on Sunday. Her momma was feral so a friend of mine saved the kittens. Hazel is doing really well. I just hope she does not suddenly develop balls or I'm in trouble.

She is adorable! She looks like about a month old. Boy or girl, check with your local SPCA. There may be an organization or a vet in your area that can fix the kitten when he/she is old enough at some sort of discount or free, hopefully.

Or at least call them to find out if there are free rabies and distemper shots in your area. Whoever can see the kitten will be able to look at the teeth and figure out how old he/she is.

I rescued an abandoned kitten once on the shoulder of the freeway. Named him "Freeway" of course. He's 4 now and FAT. I have pics of him when I brought him home someplace around here. He still had blue eyes and fuzzy baby fur so he was probably less than 6 weeks old when I found him.

Agree. America, and every other country seeks to gain advantage over others. Individual industries benefit from this to a greater or lesser extent dependent upon their individual pull with those in power. Which involves money and its inherant corruption, of course.

I'm responding to Hard Rom whingeing about how we are so unfair to the poor Haitians but yet it's perfectly fine for the Canadiens to be unfair to American logging interests.

He also argues that Canadians make a superior product and somehow argues that they to continue their practices help to reduce the price of their superior product in the marketplace.

Neither of his positions make any logical sense.

My personal view is there's no such thing as unfair practices. For example if China wants to exploit their workers for the benefit of our consumers I'm all for

I assumed that the US would follow a legal decision. My bad. I guess we should consider means to get the monies illegally appropriated back. Can't have countries out right stealing from one another. Trade disputes are one thing, theft of illegally obtained money is another. Probably one of the reasons the US refuses to join in the World Court. Can't have them being held accountable now can we!

We never had water issues in the basement until, of course, the year my dad removed the sump pump and covered over the pit. That year municipal water came to our hamlet. The contractor who put in the neighbour behind us' connection went right through the weeping tiles that led to the highway drainage ditch. Come spring very quickly we had 4" of water in the basement.

Our mum kicked me and my brother out of bed to go help our dad dig up and replace the broken tiles. My first experience with the Zen of ditch digging.

Well they're supposed to have a little bit of round bellies as kittens. I think I heard that goats milk is supposed to be the go to for feeding kittens? I tried it once with a syringe and nipple on a rescue but had to pass him off because I had no luck. Do you have to use a nipple/syringe or will she take it out of bowl?
