The Montgomery Boathouse in Cincinnati; it's just incredible. The steaks are great, though I don't care for ribs in general.

Hole in the wall diner. There was one that closed a few years ago. People in business suits would come to this establishment in a "not so great" neighborhood. They lived as far as 50 miles away to come to that hole in the wall place that you would miss if you blinked. They served ribs and other dishes, but it was cut with a spoon tender.

Would you choose a '70s Cadillac or or a more recent one?

There's a Roman Catholic shrine north of me about an hour. When I need to find some silence and think I go there. When I'm closer to home (where I grew up) I'd head to the top of the mountain.

At a far away park, where you see greenery, and see very few people along the walk paths. There, I feed the ducks stale crumbs of bread and walk along the lake. On my uncle's farm in an empty meadow where the horses run free, rabbits are seen with their fluffy tails flopping around in their little pen, the piglets are fun to play with and the puppies always want attention.

One of these days I want to ride a bike across Mexico. Been to the Caribbean coast (Cancun, Cozumel, Isla, Tulum) but never to the Pacific Coast/Baja.


Ever drove or rode across the US?
