i hope your days are filled with clean air and joy. have you ever been skiing in the southern hemisphere? chile, peru and argentina are on the bucket list. brasil, because ici'm there, i have to. the latest most amazing thing i've tried is an extra aged herradura. the tequila had her own bouquet. the other day i drank jose gold, with some special extra stamp and word. it hits the back of the throat sour.

No I haven't. South America is on my bucket list, as well. I've just not made time for it. I would have loved to have made it to Peru - Machu Picchu - before it became so commercialized. But, it's still on my list.

Your tequila tastings sound wonderful. I love tequila but have a feeling I'm not indulging in th best.
 
Lies. I can tell you a story about that.

A man I knew as a kid tried to get me to meet him for the past 4 years. I politely decline (he's married) but keep in touch via FB. One night he messages me on FB to say he's separated, living with his friend, house is going on the market in two days and he's finally getting divorced. I agree to meet him in a public place the following day. We meet, sparks fly, we end up fooling around in my car in a crowded parking lot.

His house sells in a week and I ask about the divorce... suddenly the divorce is on hold. What?! Why I ask.... He says his wife has terminal cancer. What? Why didn't he mention this before??? ~ He said he didn't feel like talking about it. He will stay married until she dies.... I tell him I can not see him as long as he's still married and living with his wife but we can be friends. He continues to text and sext, begging me to meet him for sex. One night I receive a call from his daughter who is screaming at me that I'm a home wrecker. His wife gets on the phone and tells me I'm one of 6 women he's been texting. He told them all she had cancer, but she doesn't. She's healthy. They were never separated! He lied about it all. I HATE MEN.

Liars will lie, esp. cheaters. It's not true of all men or women, but cheaters cheat.

Don't date them until you see the divorce papers, I learned that in high school from a friend's mom. We watched her turn this separated guy down, telling him to come back with the divorce papers. He did and they were happily married until death.

shared flights are nice. three or four tastings. i'm sure someone in a bar knows tequila around you. :devil: if you ever get to try maestro dobel diamante, do. enjoy it. bite a lime with salt and smile. i like sipping tequilas over mixing tequilas with other liquors and juices. a good shot over the night. another later. my tolerance has gone down, so when i do enjoy it, i try to make the best. here or there. something nice.

I have only been to Columbia once, and after that time, I would not send my people down there. Perhaps now, the political situation has changed enough to go back.

Not mine to judge others. Not sure that many folks here are able to do that, from a position of absolute "lily-whiteness".
