Such a relaxing afternoon...
Raining outside, quiet jazz playing.
Think I'll sit on the patio.
Should I put clothes on? Why bother.
Secluded enough...
 
Wishing I was back at the beach, pina colada in hand for a repeat of last Saturday's sunset watch.
 
OMG...
Spent the day at a charity bbq cook off.
More tomorrow. pork belly, ribs, brisket...
Some were doing whole hog.
I'm beat. About 100 competitors.
Beer, whiskey and all you can eat.
 
I had snow on my car at the beginning of the day...and there was snow on my car at the end of day.
To celebrate I'm going through every rum cocktail, mix, and fruity boat drink concoction I can think off.

Denial is a beautiful thing, now hand me a fucking paper umbrella.
 
I started with a ti punch, then moved on to a disappointing growler, shit now I'm mixing Painkillers until I pass out. Or dawn. Whichever comes first.

Sorry. I'm such a lightweight these days, one tiny glass of sake and I went night-night. LOL

I do love this stuff and I'll share but not sure if pirates can tolerate getting such a small swallow per serving...😜

I'm not shy about sharing wine either. Do you insist on using a glass?

Even if I don't use it in the food I love cranking up my music and drinking while I play in the kitchen.
I mostly cook with Merlot or Montepulcianno d'abruzzo for reds and Pinot Grigio for whites.

Tonight I may have sparkling cider. My stomach is kinda off so not sure.

To be honest, I turn on the music and I pour a little....itty bit in my food, more in my glass.
