Uh, oh. The Trump campaign surveillance accusations just got a lot hotter.

But legally, everyone is still in the clear, aren't they...

;) ;)

Susan was just doing her job and Andy is full of shit - a failed lawyer who turned into a Paul Krugman for the right.

Carter Page is an agent of Adnan Khashoggi - who is still incredibly active on behalf of Saudi and Kuwaiti interests.

Carter Page HAS NEVER been involved in the Trump Campaign nor on the Trump Team at all. He was introduced by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the (then) 'highest level' both to Moscow, and then to Trump.

People were on to him from the get-go.

Then why is this (Page being an advisor) being said from several sources?

I just looked it up.

House Sources: It Wasn’t Just The Trump Team Who Was Being “Collected” By Obama Admin…

Didn’t Comey testify there was no surveillance on the Trump team that he knew of? And didn’t he say there were no warrants obtained? Oops…

In addition, we now know that Susan Rice headed up an operation whereby raw NSA intelligence was sifted for names of Trump associates, no doubt in hopes of uncovering dirt of some sort.* And we also know that these efforts came up dry. The Obama administration found no compromising information about Trump or any of his associates.

Nevertheless, ever since the Inauguration the Democratic Party, especially its press wing in Washington and New York, has relentlessly pushed the Trump/Russia story. What story? There isn’t one. But that hasn’t stopped Democrats in the press from talking about little else for the last three months.

And yet, all along, the Democrats have known that their spying produced nothing. This whole story is almost unbelievably sordid. The relevant Congressional committees should investigate thoroughly, and criminal prosecutions should follow where laws have been broken.

I don't think the article does anything to settle the debate. If you are pro Trump- you say see the administration had it in for him at the beginning. Anti Trump- see we knew he was dirty from the beginning.

Please define 'dirty.'

I never supported him. At every turn, I pronounced him as dead man walking and I certainly did not vote for him. I haven't supported or defended him, instead focusing on the antics of the bipartisan #NeverTrump movement, but I have yet to see any evidence of wrong-doing, just "serious charges."

None of which can be proven. This is the Birth Certificate writ large...

As for myself, I'm waiting for this to blow up in the democrats faces. Not because I'm so enamored with Trump, but because the democrats have shown themselves to be major sleazebags.

^^^Notice how the whackadoodle fringe clings to the "but...but...Susan Rice!" narrative as the answer to all questions about Trump's dirty Russia involvement. The rest of America, not so much....very little traction.

You didn't vote for Trump in the General Election because he wasn't radical enough for you. Since then you've fought long and hard to support him, because you can use him as a tool to denigrate Democrats, non-whites, non-English speakers and non-Christians, you know: #ThosePeople

.

A bad guy. Probably cheated at everything. Never made an honest dollar. He never made anything except what daddy gave him. If you don't like Trump you find fault with anything he has done.

Edited to add

I am not that thrilled with Trump but the other choice was Clinton

I agree.

;) ;)

It's THE ECONOMY stupid!!!

Do tell. What are you driving at. I can take a polite disagreement.

As much as I dislike Trump, I just cannot bring myself to the point that many people have degraded to, that there is not one single thing positive to say about the man and that everything about him is "dirty," evil, deceitful...,

In fact, I have trouble finding any negativity towards him from people whom have been in close contact with him, be it as an employee or a participant on his show. Those people seem to genuinely like him.

The last sentence in the final paragraph made me laugh out loud.

None of these bottom feeders will ever see the inside of a courtroom, much less a jail cell.

Agreed.

There is law for the ruling class and there is law for We, The Deplorables...

Los Deploralables?

What am I talking about? The law does not apply to them...

They're the criminals we should fear the most - breaking the law and doing whatever they please knowing there are no consequences and nothing to fear.

It's been like almost four months. Give the guy some to find some time to find some footing in the new job. There are those that never wanted him from the start and won't let up. Every thing he does is wrong. They are not open to maybe he OK.

He maybe end up sucking but you are just biased if you have decided already.

Yup. All those people who filed suit against Trump really liked him.

I would not say biased, which is a technically valid term, but ideologically driven...

;) ;)

I am still in the wait and see mood.

I do note that for all of his Trumpeted "failures" that his party is taking every advantage of the Congressional Review Act to create a more economically-friendly environment...
