They have the right to refuse service to anyone. I read in another article that the guy was being belligerent so they told his stupid ass to GTFO.

This is the USA, that's just not true.
This man was being discriminated against and justice needs to be served to the bigots running the bar.

He wasn't refused service, he received at least two drinks. The people with him were served too.
