Can't read or write comments again

I submitted the same problem awhile back and it seemed to be fixed. Then today I discovered the same problem recurred.

Perhaps it's related to the day of the week? On Literotica's contests, on certain days of the week, they don't show up on the main menu. Is that strange or not? Perhaps the comments issue follows a similar pattern.

I'd appreciate it if someone could look into the comments issue.

I just did a test on iPhone and Galaxy phones and I was able to see and post comments. Can you let me know several specific URLs where there is a problem? Also, if you are not using an iPhone or Android phone with the default browser, could you share which browser you're using?

One thing that could be possible is that you are seeing old cached CSS files. If you try reloading the page again do the comments re-appear or do they remain gone even after you reload?

The contest listing issue was cache related, but not related to the comments issue. It should be fixed now.

I checked my own stories, since I don't know if other authors might have turned comments off or not. None of my stories allow me to view comments, although at the end of the stories it shows comments have been made. Reloading the page has no effect.

I'd like to be able to make comments on the current April Fool's contest, but I've been unable to do so.

I think I see an issue that could trigger this on narrow screen desktop usage in Firefox and Chrome. It looks like no one is reporting it because it doesn't happen on mobile browsers, only narrow screen desktop browsing (something that is quite rare).

We'll try to push out a fix soon and see if it resolves your issue.

You've nailed the solution. When I log onto Literotica, I usually have a Firefox window about two-thirds of the screen wide, with another e-mail window off to the side so I can see if any e-mails arrive. When I went full-screen with Literotica, I could see comments. How you figured that out, I don't know, but I'm appreciative you've found the solution. Thanks!!!

i use literotica from Google Chrome in my galaxy s9 plus and I can't read stories since yesterday.
