It seems reports of the sidelining Secretary of State Rex Tillerson from foreign affairs are true. Mexico's foreign minister, Luis Videgaray, met with White House aides and others on Thursday but the State Department didn't know about it.

State Department spokesman Mark Toner had this to say on the subject:

"We'll take that and get back to you. I was unaware that he was - the foreign minister was in town," Mr Toner said at a news conference on Thursday.

If you mean Sec. of Labor Alexander Acosta, he is of Cuban descent, not Mexican.

You didn't even bother to read the post, did you, Box? It specifies that it's talking about the Mexican foreign minister.
