As you get older, you're supposed to run slower.

I'm getting faster. It's ridiculous.


Today I ran the fastest time I've ever run on the 3.85 mile trail course through the woods.

In December, I ran the fastest 5K I've ever run in my life.

In October, I took a full 13 minutes off my previous best time for a half marathon.
