Leaving sentiment and morality aside (on a strictly personal level I agree with the gay couple and the judge):

l think it's a complex and interesting topic.

I guess it would have been straightforward if the florist was a State employee: he would have had no right to do that and he should be reprimanded.
But it gets more complicated and on the cusp if he were a private businnessman.

Old news. I suspect that the reason there has been no law suits brought so far is based on the fear that the Muslims would be much more likely to engage in pre-trial intervention. No victim, no crime.

Anyone can do any of those. The have nothing to do with skin color, religion, gender or sexual orientation.

It's only when you refuse to sell to black people for talking on the phone, but sell to whites who are, that it's a problem because it's then obvious that talking on the phone isn't the real reason for no service.
