What I have observed regarding Trump haters

What I have seen is a lot of assumptions, baseless accusations and indiscriminate lashing out like an angry mob. There is little substance and no objective reason for their opposition. Extreme emotionally based views are now the new normal.

I am waiting to see what he actually does before determining if I support or oppose him. And since every president's actions are a mixed bag, I will likely find things I both support and dismiss.
 
If you are referring to the GB it is called politics as usual. The conservatives have been frothing at the mouth for the past 8 years just like the other side did for the 8 years before that.
 
I don't follow policts but I kinda like Trump. He doesn't care what he says and I can respect that

Well I said the same thing eight years ago about a near unknown with a suspicious background. Trump's had a more visible background and absence of sealed educational and other records. Either he does good or he does bad only time will tell.

I have talked to many

and watched many comment on why they hate him

We've got one at work. She was a Republican never Trumper in the primaries. Now she spends half the day cornering people in the hallways, break room, elevators, going into rants about how evil Trump is. My desk is above the break room, I could hear her downstairs for at least an hour yesterday during work time cornering some Indian guy and repeating all the lies about Trump. I think she's totally lost it.

No, the accusastions are not baseless and indiscriminate. Folks such as yourself simply refuse to accept facts (just like Trump).

For example, we know for an absolute fact Trump said women should be grabbed by the pussies and that they like it. If this had been Bill Clinton saying it you would be frothing at the mouth to have him tried for assault (even though there was none). Yet, because it's Trump, you fluff it off as "He didn't really mean it" or "FAAAAAKE!".

We know for an absolute fact his scam of a university was under investigation in both Florida and Texas until he made large contributions to the attorney generals in those states who were running for office. Oddly, as soon as that was done both investigations were dropped. In fact, in Texas, the lead investigator stated:

"It had to be political in my mind because Donald Trump was treated differently than any other similarly situated scam artist in the 16 years I was at the consumer protection office,"

We know Trump did, and may still be, doing business with an Iranian bank which funds terrorists while Iran was under sanctions:

Let us not forget about him promising to drain the swamp yet know has four nominees who worked for Goldman Sachs and another who was a Rothschild protege. Don't forget the one nominee who gave several million to his campaign and was rewarded with an appointment.

There is plenty more but in the interest not having a mile long post, I'll stop. All of the above are absolute facts yet I am sure when you read this you will immediately dismiss them all, thus proving my point.

But here's why your ignoring will be so hypocritical. Had any of the above been related to the Clintons you would be crowing about sending them to jail. For Trump, meh. Who cares how corrupt he is of if he violates the law.
 
When I listened to some of the speeches at these marches this morning, I was struck by how twisted a view the speakers have, and are posing, about some of the root causes of the issues they are describing, and who can be ascribed responsibility.

Several have posited that the problems are due to putting big corporations first, and women second. Not men and women, just women.

They have completely ignored the basic root financial failure cause of virtually every level of government in the US - they can't pay for the union negotiated pensions - and therefore the infrastructure has suffered and declined/crumbled. Many cities and states are a few years away from insolvency.
The elected officials from both parties are accountable for this.

For example. California, the heart of liberalism recently affirmed a decrease in returns on investments for its CALPERS. From a projected 7.6% to 7.1, the reality is no .gov with those portfolios has returned on average more that 3% over the past 5 years. Rather than lower the rate to reality which would mean certain bankruptcy, they stuck their collective heads in the sand and pushed the problem into the future - the not to distant future.

Chicago at least made an attempt to correct the problem recently by applying to the state supreme court for pensions reduction relief. It was denied. Estimates range from 1.5 years to 3 years and Chicago will be another Detroit.

So these marchers today believe that virtually everything that is happening with respect to these governments is now in the hands of racist homophobes that will make the problems worse. I really don't see how anyone can fuck things up worse that the past administration.
