As of 12noon he'll be violation of his lease for the Old Post Office Pavilion at 1100 Pennsylvania Ave in DC.

Or will they just cancel the lease for breach of contract and negotiate one with another party?

#TheOrangutang's henchmen have already said that he is above the law.

And can the GSA sue Trump anyway, if he orders them not to?

Serious question, I don't know how much legally guaranteed political independence that agency has.

Americans everywhere breathlessly await the outcome.

I don't read fake news sites

lol

I was being subjected to the local news when CBS did their local pitch to watch them, and this is so fucking funny, the effect of the 'Fake News" meme that they were purporting to be the "real news" network...

That shit cut DEM to the bone!

It's not really a news story. It's about great bars around the world, and adding the bar in the old post office to the list. Looks like a great place to have a drink or two, but it's a bit pricy for my wallet.

It is not about the voting rights of dirt? Are you sure?

If they do sue him the left will be far more intetested in that legal proceeding than the one that cost Wm J Clinton his licence to practice law due to his perjury therin.

Got any dirt on Millard Fillmore to share with the group?

66 Millions Americans are in concentrated rat cages and do not represent 90% of the land mass of The United States...

They don't even represent the majority of Americans.

Actually, they do represent the majority of people.

They don't represent the majority of acreage which you would prefer.

Voting apparently needs to go back to being the special franchise of white, landowning, free men.

They don't have to be white, but otherwise I endorse you proposal. Black, Hispanic, Asian and Native landowners also have a stake in the country that they own. The rest are tenants.

And so they and the right as well should be. Trump's many conflicts of interest constitute a real issue.

What, only landowners should be allowed to vote? How Antebellum.

You, Sir, have no right to vote -- in fact, you have not even the right to live and breathe on the same planet as your human betters.

Of course they can. Exactly how easy is it to pass the bar in Florida?

Go to findlaw, look up Scotus cases. Keyword: Clinton.

No, it is not a legal question in that sense -- that is, the question is not whether a federal agency has standing to sue the president; the question, rather, is whether Trump has the authority to fire anyone in the GSA who tries.

I see. So, you would say that this is not "simply a personal matter" but rather one of national importance then?

Not the kind of thing that would be a "distraction" to the venerable office of The POTUS, best left to be litigated after his term(s) of office is complete?

Huh.

I would have bet money that you would have been friend of the court on the side Clinton's lawyers were arguing.

Of course. Trump might be tempted to make policy decisions to benefit his own business interests. How is that not of national importance? And how is Bill getting his dick sucked anything but a personal matter?
