Are you being serious when you say the Messiah still has not come or is it just an off the cuff remark?
She's being serious.

For what?
Bible spam is still spam.
How is it spam?
Someone questioned whether Jesus was the Messiah, I posted verses that support He is...
Is more than a one line, ill-attempted quip at humor considered spam?
Oh! Proof that jesus is jesus. That is different.
You religious fucks flock here by the boatload. You can battle the devil and check out the tittie pics along the way. Fly the flag, preach the word, and suck the devil's cock.
You seem to be VERY angry at Christians, have they caused you any personal grief or harm?

I can't speak for Saint Pete, but I personally find stupidity annoying. There's no anger behind that, just an eyeroll and a sigh with a strong desire to not read this stupid shite. Yes, I've read the Bible. Yes, I've been to church many times. Brainwashed sheep desperate for hope and a scapegoat for all their ills.
No. I call it as I see it.
You are not the first and will not be the last. Preaching the good news on a porn site is a great excuse to spend your hours on a porn site.
Why not just enjoy the porn?
Well the thread has a pretty clear title, if you have a strong desire not to read the subject matter, why get involved in the thread?
Porn does nothing for me, I'm here to see if others experience some of the same struggles as I...
Adultery gets this Christian off!
Guess what man, sin in the moment is FUN, it's after the fact that is difficult to deal with...
EVERY Christian struggles with SOMETHING.
Just give it to God, man. So convenient.
Whatever you might believe in, do you PERFECTLY hold to it 24/7/365?
I don't believe in a higher power. I don't have the same struggle as the one you choose.
Take that back! I've broken all the seven deadly sins repeatedly. Kinda hit and miss on the seven virtues. I'm hell bound for sure. If there is one. If there is a heaven there is a hell.
Not gonna take it back. I'm onto you. (Have a good day.)![]()
Curses!
Quoting the bible to prove the bible is circular logic! Try quoting Aquinas' arguments instead.
The bible doesn't even contain a first hand eye witness account of the resurrection of Jesus. It is hearsay. Dig up a gospel according to Mary for witness statements. The various gospels don't even agree on many facts.
Christianity is an Abrahamic religion. The Jews say the messiah has not come. Neither do the Muslims. The original Abrahamists say no and so do the majority. Christians can be said to be heretical fringe nut jobs.
Jesus of Nazareth was an itinerant Jewish preacher. He spoke great words to live by but as much born of a virgin as Mithras. The actual words of Jesus and his bio would fill maybe three pages of text. The rest of the bible is commentary and propaganda by his disciples. Again read Aquinas for logical arguments for Christianity and God.
I guess we have to agree to disagree...the gospels are not contradictory at all...
If Jesus was just a man, the he was a mad man and a liar, nothing good about him at all, if he was not who and what he said he was...

No doubt you had read C.S. Lewis' 'Trilemma' from "Mere Christianity". A cogent argument.
"I am trying here to prevent anyone saying the really foolish thing that people often say about Him: I’m ready to accept Jesus as a great moral teacher, but I don’t accept his claim to be God. That is the one thing we must not say. A man who was merely a man and said the sort of things Jesus said would not be a great moral teacher. He would either be a lunatic — on the level with the man who says he is a poached egg — or else he would be the Devil of Hell. You must make your choice. Either this man was, and is, the Son of God, or else a madman or something worse. You can shut him up for a fool, you can spit at him and kill him as a demon or you can fall at his feet and call him Lord and God, but let us not come with any patronising nonsense about his being a great human teacher. He has not left that open to us. He did not intend to. ... Now it seems to me obvious that He was neither a lunatic nor a fiend: and consequently, however strange or terrifying or unlikely it may seem, I have to accept the view that He was and is God."
