Nope, I'm one of the few people in the whole USA who actually has a clue what's going on in the world. That's pretty amazing.

Right . Flatter yourself all you must, but you didn't even have a clue what my initial post in this thread was about.

A soft spoken man who never waivered, never lost faith, and got the job done. He led his country to victory in the longest, most brutal war so far in the 21st century.

Wow.
I listened yesterday to the other video link provided , and I felt as if I was transported to or net listening to one of those open lectures given by renown public intellectuals.
-- I don't know much about his politics, so I wouldn't know if he's for real or if there's a huge disconnect between his actions and his words (what else is new with presidents and politicians? *shrugs*).
But his were the most insightful, sophisticated yet realistic comments that I heard in a while.

You often provide links to such outstanding and eye-opening sources… Thanks
btw: I'm going to post my own captions of the other vid. tonight, in the hope that a few posters might ellaborate on them.

May I give you a suggestion, Renard?
When you post links to lengthy sources, can you also include a caption or a quote? Otherwise, they either get lost in the GB chatter as in people don't have any incentive to listen to them ("don't know if worth ot, but too long so yawn") they don't get noticed or trolls like Disgustipated take away the attention from what really matter.

I'll give Renard credit for being ahead of his time. His stance as a pro-Putin conservative on the GB always made him a unique curiosity. But now that loving Putin is a requirement for being an American conservative, he stands out less than he once did.

Still, he came first, and that needs to be acknowledged.

If you gave us even 1/100th of the outstanding links like 4est, underguy and renard do, (not commenting on their qualities since I'll get attacked for that by you narcissistic or chronically grudge holding or jealous mofo's)

one wouldn't mind the fact that your political posts are boring as fuck and don't offer many learning opportunities.
